Summary of Position :
As the IT Manager, you are responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of information technology infrastructure and systems. Your role will involve developing and implementing IT strategies, ensuring network security, managing software applications, and providing technical support to our employees. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to align IT initiatives with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Duties and Responsibilities :
- Manage and oversee the resolution of end-user-submitted issues.
- Act as lead Admin of and provide training and support to end-users on ERP application issues, questions, tasks, change requests, troubleshoot and resolve functional problems related to Oracle E-Business Suite modules, such as discrete manufacturing, supply chain management, order management, engineering, quality, and finance.
- Oversee vendor relationships and negotiate contracts for IT services and equipment.
- Prepare and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective allocation of resources
- Write new reports or modify existing reports in SplashBI to support business needs.
- Oversee user security and segregation of duties.
- Conduct training sessions for new employees and train end-users on any new functionalities and processes within the ERP system.
- Assist with report development or enhancement using SplashBI or other reporting tools.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies regarding data security and privacy; respond to all audit requests.
- Provide support for other business applications used within the organization as needed.
- Develop and implement methods and procedures to drive continuous improvement, improving efficiencies, service and driving cost reduction.
- All other duties as assigned.
