Compensation
- Hourly pay $23.20 - $29.59/hour, based on experience
- Overtime after 40 hours per week
- Average work week 40-50 hours per week

Work Schedule
- Monday-Friday, Some Saturdays
- Typically work 3:30pm - 12:00am, work until work is completed
- Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs
Responsibilities
- Safely retrieve material from inventory racking system and transport to designated location
- Verify accuracy of material retrieved by measuring and comparing product information on tag to work order.
- Construct skids and use shipping supplies to properly wrap and prepare product for delivery using tape measures, banding equipment, and nail guns.
- Tag material, verify product against work order, and perform last piece visual inspection.
- Safely load and unload material from trucks using cranes, forklifts, and side loaders.
- Inspect inbound material using measuring tape measures and calipers.
- Record and report material discrepancies.
- Locate material into inventory racking system.
- Prepare orders for shipment via common carriers, UPS, and customer pick-up.
- Expedite orders and process received and shipped material in system.
- Print material certifications and shipping tickets.
- Continually inspect materials and report material defects.
Requirements
- Experience in warehouse, material handling, forklift loading and/or unloading preferred.
- Measuring and quality control of inbound product is required; working with steel products preferred
- Must have basic arithmetic skills to calculate and convert decimals and fractions.
- Must be able to read and understand basic measurement functions, using ruler, caliper, etc.
- Strong computer skills: inventory control, receiving, shipping, etc.
- Maintain safe working environment by practicing proper lifting procedures and keeping work areas free of debris
- Must be able to push, pull, lift up to 70 pounds without assistance
- Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
- Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
- Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
- Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
- Must be able to pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
