Dispatcher & Local CDL A Route Driver $2,500 bonus

Direct-Hire / Day Shift / Home Daily / Full Benefits
2,500 Sign on Bonus; $1,250 paid out after 2 weeks of employment and $1,250 paid out after 6 months
Company has been in business for over 60 years providing fresh, organic, cage-free eggs to local grocery stores and other end users. Due to continued growth we are currently accepting applications for a Driver / Dispatch to work in the Stanwood, WA facility.
Compensation
The annual salary range is $80,000 to $90,000 per year, which includes :
- Hourly pay $30.55 per hour while dispatching
- Activity based pay averaging $30.55 per hour while driving
- 2,500 sign on bonus : $1,250 paid out after 2 weeks of employment and $1,250 paid out after 6 months
- Typical work week is 50-55 hours per week
- Bi-Weekly paychecks

Wednesday-Sunday work schedule, off Monday / Tuesday :Wednesday-Friday will be making CDL A tractor-trailer deliveries
Saturday-Sunday will be dispatchingTypical work schedule 6am until work is complete, typically 8-10 hours per dayTypically within 50 miles of terminalNo overnights; home every dayMust be flexible with work scheduleTraining will be Monday-Friday (approximately 2 weeks)Training will be split between Everett, WA and Stanwood, WA.Responsibilities
Drive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinationsProvide excellent customer serviceChecking mechanical aspects of the vehicleReporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailersMust have 1 year of verifiable CDL A tractor-trailer experienceMust be flexible with work schedule; days and times. Weekends and Holidays included. Overtime work as requestedHold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsementWinter driving experienced required.Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of sensesAble to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoorsLegally eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand EnglishBe able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistanceRequirements
Minimum of 1 year of CDL Driver Dispatch experience with computer skills and navigating Microsoft word, excel and outlooksReceives, records, and distributes work orders to Truck Drivers upon receipt of Client's purchase orders for delivery of products.Schedule delivery to customer sites by utilizing Company Truck Drivers and vehicles as efficiently as possible.Take orders and complete loading slip orders.Assist Truck Drivers on routing, delivery problems and keeping daily delivery schedules.Maintain constant contact with Truck Drivers through radio and / or telephone communications.Resolve delivery problems directly with clients with the assistance of the Yard Operations Manager.Perform any other duties, responsibilities or tasks as assigned.Drive CDL trucks to transport products to specific route destinationsProvide excellent customer serviceChecking mechanical aspects of the vehicleReporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailersAbility to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.Must possess excellent interpersonal, communication and Customer Service skills.Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of sensesAble to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoorsLegally eligible to work in the U.S.Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand EnglishBe able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistanceApply Below or Give us a call at
