Due to continued growth and expansion into the market, we are currently accepting applications for Local Truck Driver CDL A Route Delivery Drivers to work in our distribution warehouse in the Quincy, IL location.
Compensation - Average Annual Salary $75,000-$95,000 / year which includes :
- Hourly wage up to $28.10 per hour
- Overtime paid after 40 hours per week and 8 hours per day
- 1,500 Sign on bonus paid out after 60 days after passing review period
- 840 Initiation fees to union required after 60 days after passing review period
- Incentive pay available but not guaranteed; average $150-$350 per pay period
- Typical work week is 40-50 hours per week
- Bi Weekly paychecks

Monday-FridayStart times typically between 4 : 00am-5 : 00am; work until work is completed, usually 8-10 hours per dayNo layovers, home every dayLDV = Light Duty Vacation - Floater driver to cover vacations, etc. Full-time hours guaranteed.Some light warehouse work as needed when not on routes.Make 10-12 stops per day; 100-200 mile radius of Quincy, ILMust be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needsResponsibilities
Route delivery, driver unload, curve ramp, and 2-wheel hand cartTouch freight, case delivery of food-grade products to restaurants, schools, and end usersDrive CDL A truck to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinationsDocument pre-trip and post-trip inspectionsManage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT complianceUse of keys, alarm codes, tablets, etc. for overnight deliveriesProvide excellent customer serviceChecking mechanical aspects of the vehicleReporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailersRequirements
New CDL graduates encourage to apply!
