Compensation
Hourly wage of $24.42 to $27.92 per hour, based on experience
Overtime paid after 40 hours per week
Typically work 40-50 hours per week
Two Bonus programs available; paid out every 6 months
Weekly paychecks

Work Schedule
5-day work week : Monday-Friday
Work schedule typically 5 : 30am-2 : 00pm; work until work is completed, usually 8-10 hours per day
No layovers, home every day
Make 12-15 stops per day; routes cover Southeast Massachusetts
Must be flexible with work schedule, work schedule may change based on business needs
Responsibilities
Route delivery, driver assist unload, forklift, pallet jack, and crane.
Drive CDL B flatbed to transport materials and equipment to specific route destinations
Secure pallets using straps and tarps. Strap and unstrap at each delivery.
Document pre-trip and post-trip inspections
Manage hours of service (HOS) and ensure DOT compliance
Provide excellent customer service
Checking mechanical aspects of the vehicle
Reporting maintenance / repair issues on tractors and trailers
Requirements
Hold a valid Class B Commercial Driver's License, with air brakes endorsement.
Minimum of 6 months of CDL B delivery driving experience preferred
No experience with flatbed and / or crane required; will train the right individual.
Familiar with Smart Drive or other fleet safety technology
Current DOT Medical Card and be able to pass pre-employment DOT drug and criminal background screen
Be in excellent physical condition and be able to stand, sit, kneel, bend, lift, push, pull for extended periods and have normal use of senses
Able to work in all types of environments and under difficult conditions; hot, cold, dust, indoors, outdoors
Legally eligible to work in the U.S.
Must be able to read, speak, write, and understand English
Must pass pre-hire drug screen and physical
Be able to lift, push, pull 65 pounds with no assistance
