Transervice is seeking anexperienced and knowledgeable Aerial Trainer for Diesel Mechanics to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and delivering comprehensive training programs focused on the safe and effective use of aerial lifts and mobile elevating work platforms (MEWPs) for diesel mechanics.

Key Responsibilities Aerial Trainer

• Provide hands-on training and practical demonstrations to diesel mechanics.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations, standards, and safety protocols.
• Conduct evaluations and assessments to ensure trainees are competent and confident in using aerial equipment.
• Monitor and analyze training effectiveness and provide feedback for continuous improvement.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
• Maintain accurate records of training sessions, assessments, and certifications.
• Collaborate with the safety and operations teams to enhance training programs and safety initiatives.

Job Requirements

Aerial Trainer Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in training or safety preferred.
• Previous experience as a diesel mechanic and/or aerial equipment operator.
• Strong knowledge of aerial lifts, MEWPs, and related safety regulations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to develop and deliver effective training programs.
• Strong organizational and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
