Job Description
This is a challenging opportunity for a qualified CDL A transport driver to join our team at TransForce Inc. as a Liquid Fuel Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this role is to transport various grades of gasoline and distillates in compartmentalized tankers to retail and industrial facilities throughout Maine.
- Starting Position: Weekends (Friday-Monday)
- Schedule Changes: Based on Tenure of Employment
- Slip Seating: In Tractor operating 24/7
- Shifts: 4x 10 or 12 hour shifts per week, with the opportunity for a 5th shift
- Home Time: Between every shift
The ideal candidate will have experience hauling liquids, winter driving, and be proficient in managing products loaded and unloaded. Additionally, they should have familiarity with pumps and liquid unloading equipment, as well as valid DOT Medical and Fitness for Duty exams.
