About the Job
A flatbed driver with a CDL A license is needed for regional routes covering the Southeast and reaching as far as Texas.

Position Details:
- Pay Rate: $0.62 - $0.67 CPM
- Weekly Earnings: $1,500 - $1,800
- Schedule: Out for 2 weeks, home for 4 days (home time may not always fall over a weekend)
- Hours per Week: Operate on a 70-hour clock
- Route Type: Regional, traveling primarily in the Southeast but as far as Texas
- Freight Type: Hauling roofing and construction materials
- Handling: Tarp and strap required
- Equipment: New Mack Anthem trucks with automatic transmissions and flatbed trailers
- Seating: Driver seat only
Training:
- Pay during training: $25/hr with overtime after 40 hours
- Duration of training: 2-4 weeks, depending on the driver's needs
- Accommodations during training: Hotel stays provided
- Training includes: Hands-on experience with tarps, chains, and flatbed equipment
Additional Compensation:
- Per diem: $35/night
- Tarp Pay: $50 per tarp
- Detention & breakdown pay: $25/hr after the first 1.5 hours
Job Requirements:
- License: CDL A License
- Work History: Clean MVR and PSP records
- Road test: Required
- Away from home: Must be willing to be away for 2 weeks at a time
