Job Description: Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities, ensuring projects meet safety, quality, and timeline requirements. Lead and train a team in trench drain installation, saw cutting, rebar placement, and concrete work. Perform hands-on labor, including excavation, material handling, and equipment operation. Enforce safety regulations and company policies to maintain a secure work environment. Manage materials, inspect work quality, and resolve on-site construction challenges. Maintain accurate records of project progress and site activities.
Qualifications: Proven experience as a construction foreman or in a supervisory role. Expertise in trench drain systems, saw cutting, rebar installation, and concrete work. Experience operating light construction equipment. Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs. and working in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license. Ability to pass pre-employment and random drug screenings. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods. Work in outdoor environments with exposure to weather, dust, and noise. Occasionally work extended hours.
