Job Description
This position is for a dedicated CDL A driver in Prince George, VA. The job involves driving a 9-hour shift, 45 hours a week, on Monday-Thursday and Sunday.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive a tractor-trailer combination safely and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of miles driven, fuel usage, and other relevant data.
- Follow all applicable laws and regulations, including those related to Hours of Service and weight limits.
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, supervisors, and other drivers as needed.
Requirements:
- Valid Class A Commercial Driver's License (CDL)
- At least 6 months of experience as a CDL A driver
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
