About the Job
This dedicated position involves operating a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes, maintaining compliance with DOT regulations, and ensuring timely and safe delivery of freight.
The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections, safely navigating through varying road conditions, and adhering to ELD requirements.
Schedule Highlights:
- Leave Sunday or Monday, return by Friday at lunchtime
- Weekends off
- Consistent routes
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate a Class A tractor-trailer on OTR routes
- Maintain compliance with DOT regulations and ELD requirements
- Ensure timely and safe delivery of freight along assigned routes
- Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
Requirements:
- Valid Class A CDL License
- Minimum of 2 years of recent CDL A driving experience required
- Technical Skills: Experience with Electronic Logging Devices (ELDs) is a must
- MVR: Clean and acceptable Motor Vehicle Record (MVR)
