Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Non-CDL Transportation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a van or bus over designated routes, transporting school pupils and clients to and from schools and other locations. You will work closely with our dispatchers and management team to ensure efficient route planning and execution.
Schedule and Location
This position is Monday-Friday, with an estimated 25-30 hours of work per week. Our location is at 41 Industrial Park Drive, Pelham, NH 03076.
Salary and Benefits

Duties and Responsibilities
As a Non-CDL Transportation Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
• Operating a van or bus over designated routes, transporting school pupils and clients to and from schools and other locations
• Performing pre and post-trip safety inspections of the vehicle being driven to ensure it is in proper working order
• Maintaining good order and discipline among school pupils or clients
• Following company policies regarding pupil/client management and relations with parents, teachers, guardians, medical practitioners, medical facilities, and the public in general
• Keeping records and submitting reports as required
• Sweeping, cleaning, and refueling vehicles
• Reporting all mechanical deficiencies promptly
• Instructing students on safe riding classes and performing evacuation drills as directed
Essential Job Requirements:
• State-Required Driver's License must meet company standards on driving record
• Current report of Driver's Physical Examination
• Demonstrated proficiency in the operation of assigned vehicles. May include extra equipment such as wheelchair lifts, and special needs safety vests, under all road and weather conditions
Qualifications:
-Must be 21 years or older
-Must have a minimum of 3 years verifiable driving history
-Clean driving record within the last 24-36 months (about 3 years)
-Complete a comprehensive training program
-Pre-employment background checks
