Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Non-CDL Driver to transport students to and from school. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing safe and efficient transportation services while adhering to company policies and procedures.
Main Responsibilities:
• Operate a company vehicle with a fixed or changing route, ensuring timely and safe transportation of students.
• Physically assist passengers in emergency situations and report any incidents to management.
• Maintain a clean and professional appearance at all times and complete required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Cooperate with fellow employees, supervisors, customers, and passengers to promote company goodwill.
Requirements:
• Must be at least 21 years of age (25 years for Tennessee School Bus Drivers).
• Possess a valid applicable state license and other required certifications to operate company vehicles.
• Meet physical and medical requirements and pass substance abuse screening.
• Satisfactorily complete and pass all training, practicing defensive driving at all times.
