Seeking an experienced, independent advanced practice provider with a passion for caring and an eye for beauty to join a growing weight loss and aesthetics practice. We are offering a part-time position that is anticipated to scale rapidly into a full time position for candidates that demonstrate successful performance and professionalism.
The ideal candidate will possess strong clinical knowledge and experience with medical aesthetics procedures, including injectables, non-invasive body contouring devices and facial rejuvenation. The position will also be responsible for managing medical weight loss patients utilizing the latest FDA-approved weight loss medications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Patient Care and Follow-up:
- Conduct thorough assessments of patient's weight loss and aesthetic goals.
- Provide in-depth consultations to guide patients in selecting appropriate aesthetic treatments based on their needs and indications.
- Educate patients on treatment options, benefits, risks, and expected outcomes.
- Monitor patients during and after aesthetics treatments to ensure comfort, safety, and satisfaction.
- Provide pre-treatment and post-treatment instructions and care to optimize results and minimize complications.
- Address any concerns or side effects promptly and professionally.
- Long-term engagement and follow-up of weight loss patients.
- Bariatric Surgery and Weight Loss Patients:
- Manage patient's weight loss journey as outlined by medical director including education of lifestyle modification, wellness coaching, and prescription management.
- Engage with patients via patient engagement tool to provide concierge level of care.
- Aesthetic Treatments:
- Provide non-invasive body contouring treatments, such as EmSculpt Neo, Exion Face and Body and other services as applicable.
- Administer injectable treatments, including Botox, dermal fillers, and other neuromodulators.
- Perform laser therapies (e.g., skin resurfacing, hair removal, vascular treatments).
- Conduct skin care treatments, including chemical peels, and RF microneedling
- Administrative Duties:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including treatment plans, progress notes, and follow-up care.
- Ensure compliance with all health regulations, standards, and clinic policies.
- Assist with patient scheduling, inventory management, and other administrative tasks as needed.
- Collaboration and Training:
- Collaborate with the medical team and allied professionals to ensure a seamless patient experience and the highest level of care.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in fitness, aesthetic procedures and weight loss treatments.
- Participate in ongoing education and professional development.
- Mentor and train staff as needed on aesthetic procedures and best practices.
- Participate in live promotional events to provide education and information for prospective patients.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Current Nurse Practitioner (NP) license in the state of Maryland.
- Certification in Advanced Aesthetic Procedures (e.g., Botox, dermal fillers, laser treatments) preferred or willingness to obtain within a specified timeframe.
- Experience:
- Demonstrated proficiency in injectables, laser procedures, and non-invasive aesthetic treatments.
- Strong knowledge of anatomy, skin care, and cosmetic dermatology.

Pay: $58.56 - $70.52 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 30 per week
