Job Summary
We are looking for a dedicated Roofing Sales Consultant with expertise in custom home exteriors. The role involves driving sales growth through effective business development strategies, focusing on expanding customer relationships and promoting exterior home products and services.
Duties
- Run leads, estimate projects, measure roofs, create work orders, take pictures, and good communication with the customers and other staff members will be required.
- Coordinate and carry out roofing projects including permitting & material coordination. This candidate will coordinate work schedules with clients and subcontractors and inform Project Manager of any changes to the schedule.
- Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and market research while managing pipeline clients and jobs using software tools.
- Manage existing accounts while nurturing relationships to maximize sales.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities & customer interactions.
- Stay informed and up to date on product knowledge to effectively communicate value propositions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in competitive and luxury sales. Knowledge in custom home exteriors such as roofing, siding & gutters.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
- Demonstrated ability in business development and generating leads.
- A results-oriented mindset with a passion for achieving targets and driving success.
- Strong background in roofing, siding & gutter sales is a plus.
