Project Manager - Roofing and Siding

Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee roofing and custom home exterior projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of roofing, siding & construction management. This candidate will have the ability to effectively communicate with homeowners, contractors & crews.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with contractors, crews, and suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular updates for homeowners.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize productivity on-site and in the office.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards throughout the project lifecycle.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in roofing, siding and construction management.
• Bilingual
• Strong understanding of contract management and negotiation.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
