Are you passionate about shaping the next generation of mental health professionals while maintaining a meaningful connection with clients? At Transform Youth and Family Counseling, we’re seeking a dynamic and compassionate Clinical Supervisor to play a vital role in both leadership and client care.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you’ll have the rewarding responsibility of guiding and mentoring pre-licensed therapists, while also managing your own client caseload. You'll provide individual, group, and family counseling to youth ages 6-24, offering direct support to the community. In this blended role, you'll lead by example, providing clinical supervision and consultation to clinicians at your location, ensuring they adhere to best practices, policies, and procedures.
