- Organize and dispatch cleaning crews to vacation rental properties.

- Identify and organize maintenance issues, communicating effectively with the maintenance staff.
- Track maintenance tasks and ensure timely resolution of issues to maintain property quality.
- Use company software to keep track of bookings, housekeeping schedules, and maintenance tasks.

Qualifications:
