We’re seeking a Dual General Manager to oversee two Marriott-branded select service properties. Each hotel has its own AGM, and this role will serve as the complex leader for both.
Key Requirements:
- Must have experience with Marriott systems, especially FOSSE
- Proven GM leadership; multi-property experience preferred but not required
- Strong operational and leadership skills across select service brands
- Open to candidates based in or willing to relocate to North Carolina
Compensation:
- Base salary around $100K
- 15% bonus potential
- Relocation assistance available
- Health insurance starts first full month
- On-site housing negotiable
