Must have a minimum of 2 years of experience as a Director of Finance in a full-service hotel.
We are seeking experienced Directors of Finance to lead financial operations across multiple hotel locations. This role is responsible for driving financial performance, ensuring compliance, managing budgeting and forecasting processes, and partnering with property leadership to maximize profitability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all accounting functions including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and brand financial policies
- Collaborate with General Managers and department heads to align financial strategies with operational goals
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks
- Support ownership reporting and strategic planning initiatives
Preferred Experience:
- Proven success in a hotel finance leadership role
- Proficiency in M3, Profit Sword, Profit Sage, and Birch Street systems
- Strong understanding of hotel operations and financial KPIs
