Seasonal General Manager – Colorado
Seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a full-service property with seasonal operations. This role includes pre-opening, in-season leadership, and daily operations across all departments: restaurant, housekeeping, events, retail, pool, and front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hire, train, and manage a mixed team of returning and new staff.
- Oversee operations to meet $4M annual revenue, with $1.8M from F&B during peak season (May-October).
- Manage pre-opening prep (Feb/March), transition to on-site leadership in May, and oversee seasonal operations through mid-October.
- Ensure smooth hiring, onboarding, and staff housing.
Compensation:
- On-site housing provided; onboarding begins in Borrego, CA, before transitioning to Colorado in May.
