Location: Multiple Locations (Travel Required)
Recent hotel DOF experience (required—candidates without this will NOT be considered).
We are seeking an experienced Task Force Hotel Director of Finance to provide immediate financial leadership across multiple hotel locations. The ideal candidate must have recent hotel DOF experience and be proficient in M3, Profit Sage, and Profit Sword (preferred).
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee financial operations, reporting, and budgeting for assigned hotels.
- Analyze financial data to drive profitability and cost efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with financial controls, audits, and brand standards.
- Support property teams with forecasting, cash flow management, and strategic planning.
- Provide immediate support, ensuring seamless transitions and financial stability.
Requirements:
- Immediate availability and ability to travel for up to 3 weeks at a time.
- Recent hotel DOF experience (required—candidates without this will NOT be considered).
- Proficiency in M3, Profit Sage, and Profit Sword (preferred).
- Strong analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
