Transformation House
Are you a reliable and compassionate individual with strong organizational skills? Transformation House is seeking a Driver to support our evening outpatient program. This role primarily involves transporting clients to and from our facility while also assisting with client sign-in, assisting in the UA process and other supportive tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Transportation: Safely transport outpatient clients between our facility and the sober houses we contract with.
- Check-In & Greeting: Welcome clients upon arrival, ensure they are checked in, and assist with building entry.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate transportation records in client charts using our EMR system (Procentive).
- Additional Support: Provide transportation for residential clients to the Recovery Hub for recovery meetings as needed.
Schedule:
- Monday – Friday | 3p-10/10:30P
No split shifts, no weekends!
Requirements:
- Valid Minnesota State Driver’s License
- Must meet company insurance requirements to drive company vehicles
- Ability to pass a DHS Background Study
- Minimum age: 18
