Join Our Team as a Recovery Tech Supervisor!
Are you a compassionate leader who thrives in a team-driven environment? We're looking for a Recovery Tech Supervisor to provide leadership and guidance to our Recovery Tech team. If you have a strong sense of responsibility, the ability to lead by example, and a commitment to high-quality client care, we encourage you to apply!
Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise and support the Recovery Tech team, ensuring they provide exceptional client care.
- Oversee training, in-service meetings, and ongoing staff development.
- Enforce facility policies, providing coaching and corrective action when necessary.
- Conduct performance evaluations and provide mentorship to team members.
- Manage scheduling to ensure proper coverage at all times.
- Be available 24 / 7 for Recovery Tech support.
- Perform audits, manage property, and oversee admissions / discharges.
- Conduct monthly fire drills and ensure mandatory postings are up to date.
- Utilize EMR and electronic MAR for documentation.
- Lead and facilitate staff meetings, team check-ins, and training sessions.
- Apply de-escalation techniques when necessary.
- Step in to cover shifts as needed.
- Handle additional duties as assigned.

Pay Range
21-$24 per hour
