What You’ll Do as a Clinical Director:
- Lead and mentor a team of therapists, psychiatric providers, and administrative staff.
- Oversee clinic operations, ensuring clinical excellence and compliance.
- Foster a culture of growth, support, and psychological safety.
- Collaborate with the community to enhance mental health awareness and access.
- Manage clinic performance using data-driven strategies.
What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
- Independent clinical license (LICSW, LMHC, or equivalent).
- Experience in outpatient mental health and clinical supervision.
- Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
