Nurse Practitioner:
Transformations Weight Loss & Skin Clinic is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and personable medical provider with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through lifestyle adjustments. Providers with need to be familiar and competent in the use of hormone and other pharmaceutical treatments (if indicated) coupled with dietary, health, and fitness counseling. The position will entail Obesity management, assessment, planning, and overseeing medical treatment.
This is a great adjunctive position that is low stress and gratifying. Shifts are 4-8 hours offered either every week or every other week at various West Virginia Transformations' locations (South Charleston, Clarksburg, Parkersburg, Wheeling, Beckley, and/or Huntington).

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Strong knowledge of current Obesity Medicine pharmaceutical therapies
- Understanding of metabolism, lifestyles influences, treatment techniques
- Develops treatment plans with patients and manages expectations of results
- Works with staff members to ensure patient appointments flow smoothly
- Monitors and assist with inventory management
- Proven time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS: Nurse Practitioner.
REQUIRED CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, AND REGISTRATIONS REQUIRED: Valid West Virginia State License ( N.P.-C.) and current BLS or CPR certification.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 4 – 12 per week
