Regional Manager
Transformations Weight Loss & Skin Clinic is seeking an energetic, highly motivated, and personable Regional Manager with a passion for helping others and improving their lives through health and fitness. A Regional Manager will lead Clinic Managers in driving clinic sales growth, train and develop the leadership at the clinic level, and work closely with ownership to meet company objectives. The Regional Manager will oversee six clinic locations through the state. (Company car provided)

Essential Duties, Responsibilities, & Expectations:
- Drive patients sales.
- Manage processes that influence patient retention.
- Communicate and implement marketing campaigns
- Community outreach and involvement.
- Management of customer interactions through a variety of social media platforms.
- Lead and train team members on company best practices.
- Review and Analyze clinic analytic reports and data to improve decision making and identify trends.
- Review revenue reports and communicate areas of improvement for profitability.
- Communicate company goals and hold team members accountable.
- Ensure clinic cleanliness and service standards are exceptional.
- Team building through strong leadership and development.
- Oversee hiring process to ensure candidates meet the company’s needs and objectives.
- Provide top of the line customer service to patients and fellow employees.

Travel Demands:
Regional Managers are required to travel to clinics they oversee on a weekly, biweekly or monthly basis.
Position:
This is a full-time, salaried position.
Business days are Monday through Friday. Some Evenings and Saturdays are required.
Education & Experience Requirements:
- Masters Degree Required
- Medical Office Management Required
- Ability to analyze data and performance metrics to prioritize decisions based on club and company needs.
- Proven ability to lead a team.
- Innovative problem-solver with the ability to increase productivity.
- Knowledge of multiple PC software packages such as MS Office suite.
- Knowledge of iOS software on iPad.
- Excellent organization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong project management background.
- Sales experience.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize.
- CPR, First Aid and AED certified preferred but not required.

Patient Group Knowledge (Only applies to positions with direct patient contact)
The employee must possess/obtain (by the end of the orientation period) and demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide developmentally appropriate assessment, treatment or care.
Specifically, the employee must be able to demonstrate competency in: 1) ability to obtain and interpret information in terms of patient needs; 2) knowledge of growth and development; and 3) understanding of the range of treatment needed by the patients.
