About Us

Transformative Growth Therapy is Small Private practice offering support to those embarking on their own private practice endeavors. We are looking for masters level clinicians who would like assistance with billing, advertising, scheduling, managing clients, pull requests credentialing, and maintaining a place to see clients.

Basic Qualifications

• Minimum of two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist
• Master’s degree or higher in behavioral sciences
• Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (Washington), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (Washington), Mental Health Counselor License (Washington), or equivalent
• Proficiency in treatment models relevant to your modalities and scope of practice
• Computer literacy, including experience with HIPAA-compliant EHR software (SimplePractice)
• Professional liability and cyber insurance (1m/3m)
• Reliable internet connection (if working from home) and your own computer for telehealth sessions and client record management
• Business license for 1099 practice

Responsibilities

• Provide individual or family therapy (Gottman training is a plus for couples therapists)
• Conduct psychosocial assessments, mental status exams, and identify special/high-risk concerns
• Formulate accurate diagnoses and coordinate care, including referrals and consultations with other providers
• Build and maintain strong therapeutic relationships with clients, develop realistic treatment plans, and set clear goals
• Maintain detailed and compliant client records
• Foster ethical and collaborative relationships with colleagues while maintaining professional boundaries
• Manage your caseload and schedule to sustain a healthy work-life balance

Compensation & Fees

• Competitive pay: 70/30 split in your favor
• $550/month for the use of a fully furnished office space
• $153/month for technology services
• One-time $250 onboarding/setup fee (advertising, credentialing, service setup fees)
