What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Research Subject Recruiter position at Transformative Pharmaceutical Solutions?
We are growing and looking to add a Clinical Research Subject Recruiter to the TPS team.
The Clinical Research Subject Recruiter is tasked with the responsibility for the recruitment of study subjects for the given protocol(s) in which they’ve been assigned.
Key Responsibilities :
1. Complete delegated subject recruitment responsibilities via phone, email, mail or by other requested means for assigned clinical trials.
2. Complete work in a customer service-oriented fashion.
3. Track subject recruitment outreach efforts for progress reporting.
4. Review the protocol to ensure understanding of study specific procedures and the eligibility requirements.
5. Follow the site’s processes for scheduling recruited candidates.
6. Act as the primary liaison between the subject seeking enrollment and the site.
7. Develop outreach material and seek appropriate approvals as required.
Education & Work Experience Requirements :
1. A minimum of 1 year of healthcare and / or research industry experience preferred.

1. Self-motivated with the drive to successfully meet the goal of participant enrollment.
2. Personable demeanor with a high level of customer service.
3. Excellent time-management skills.
4. Ability to multi-task while maintaining high attention to detail.
5. Experience in strategic planning and execution.
6. Professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
7. Ability to work independently and in a team setting, able to produce quality work output and deliverables, often within tight timeframes and under constant changing / evolving environment.
