Transglobal Door is currently looking for a Production Supervisor for 1st shift.
General Summary
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
The Production Supervisor’s role consists of, but not limited to, the following:
- Be physically able to be on their feet all day.
- You are expected to be in the plant all day.
- Have experience and understanding of meeting schedules
- Controlling Manpower
- Good leadership
- Have a good attitude
- Must be able to multi-task
- Work alongside Production to cover any shortages
- Report any Issues that may arise
- Send Daily reports to Management Team
· This position requires a strong understanding of compliance regulations and the ability to identify and mitigate potential legal risks.
· Adherence to safety procedures is critical to prevent potential accidents and associated liability.
Required Education and/or Experience:
- Manufacturing: 2 years (Required)
- Leadership: 2 years (Required)
- Communication: 2 years (Required)
- Meeting Schedules: 2 years (Required)
- Controlling Manpower: 2 years (Required)
Required Skills & Abilities:
- Good communication and technical documentation skills.
Reporting Relationships:
- The Production Supervisor- Reports directly to the Plant Manager for Transglobal Door.
Working Conditions:
- Primary work location will be based out of TG- Warren plant in Ohio.
- This work is performed in a manufacturing environment that requires working on the production floor, warehouse facilities and office when needed.
- This position requires you to be on the floor supervising your employees and working on the floor to fill in for absenteeism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
