REPORTS TO : Contract, Licensing & Commission Manager
AVAILABLE LOCATION : Monrovia, CA
FSLA : ☐exempt ☒ non-exempt
GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY
We are seeking a detailed-oriented administrative assistant to support our Contract, Licensing & Commission department in Monrovia, CA. This entry-level position requires strong organization skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist our life agents in obtaining contracts, appointments, and commission with various carriers
- Ensure our life agents follow local, state, and federal laws to be in compliance
- Act as a liaison between agents and insurance carriers, ensure both interests are properly represented
- Maintain database or e-filing and keep all agents' contact information up to date
- Ensure round-the-clock contracts are available to corresponding agents
- Obtaining our life insurance agents production report in a timely manner
- Other clerical duties requested by the Contract, Licensing & Commission Manager
- Handle sensitive information with the highest degree of integrity and confidentiality
- Perform other tasks as assigned.
