GENERAL FUNCTION / SUMMARY
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Life Insurance Recruiter to join our team. This role focuses on sourcing and recruiting potential life insurance agents through cold calling and scheduling appointments within assigned regions. The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator, comfortable with high-volume outreach, and has a strong ability to engage and attract potential candidates.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Conduct high-volume cold calling to identify and engage potential life insurance agents.
- Schedule appointments for branch office in the assigned region to enroll potential life insurance agents under TransGlobal.
- Maintain and update candidate databases with accurate and timely information.
- Follow up with prospective candidates to nurture relationships and encourage participation.
- Work closely with the national recruitment team to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
- Meet or exceed daily and weekly outreach goals to drive recruitment success.
- Stay informed about industry trends and company offerings to effectively communicate opportunities to candidates.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual in English and one of the following: Mandarin Chinese, Vietnamese, or Korean.
- 2 years of experience in recruiting, sales, or telemarketing.
- Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills.
- Comfortable making high-volume outbound calls.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic knowledge of the life insurance industry is a plus but not required.
