What you'll do:
- Engage potential customers
- Identify new business opportunities in freight brokerage
- Identify carrier capacity and negotiate competitive rates for freight services
- Maintain long-term relationships with customers and carriers
- Coordinate and monitor freight shipments, ensuring timely deliveries and customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of transactions and communication with customers
What we're looking for:
- Experience in freight brokerage or a similar role in logistics industry
- Proven record of meeting and exceeding sales or brokerage targets
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Customer-oriented mindset
- Multi-tasking skills
- Availability to work Monday - Friday from 8 AM to 5 PM
