Location and Work
This position is located at our Independence, Ohio location. The ability to work in our office, with a hybrid schedule is required.

About the Position and Our Team
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who will develop clear, high-quality content to enrich our customers’ knowledge of our products and services, attract new prospects, and amplify our voice across the industry. You’ll have a hands-on role bringing new content pieces to life for our marketing and sales programs. If you’re a skilled writer with an understanding of Business-to-Human (B2H) copywriting meant to compel prospects into converting to a life-long TransImpact customer and Raving Fan, this could be the role for you.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage content creation, the NextSights blog, and editorial publishing calendar.
- Plan and produce content promoting our products & services across all channels including print, digital, and social media working independently and managing third-party providers.
- Produce and repurpose a variety of content types such as articles, white papers, blogs, press releases, email marketing messages, landing pages, case studies, presentation content, and web copy to fuel the demand gen engine.
- Partner with Product Marketing to develop a content strategy supporting brand awareness development, market positioning, thought leadership, lead generation and nurturing, and sales enablement.
- Partner with marketing and cross-functional teams to manage the growth and performance of TransImpact’s social media channels.
- Measure and report on the results of marketing content performance to inform future activities .
- Leverage AI and maintain working knowledge of its ability to help you and the team create, publish, and measure with improved speed and quality.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of supply chain inventory and parcel spend management industry trends and user behaviors.
- Perform quality control and proofing for content prior to launch of final deliverables.
- Manage, audit, maintain, and structure content inventory.
- Job responsibilities and any other duties needed to help drive our vision, fulfill our mission, and support our organization’s values.
Qualifications and Skills Required
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, English, or communications.
- 5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or writing-focused roles.
- Excellent written skills for online and print to drive thought leadership content.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Strong analytical capability.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with AI tools for content creation.
- Experience with Content Management Systems, HubSpot, Project Management Systems, Social Media Channels, and Adobe Creative Cloud a plus.
