Location and Work
This position is located at our headquarters in Emerald Isle, North Carolina. The ability to work in our office, with a hybrid schedule is required. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.

About the Position and Our Team
The Parcel Billing Analyst is responsible for executing the weekly billing process to ensure on-time and accurate billing for TransImpact clients. Activities include reviewing carrier invoice information, validating information for accuracy, identifying issues, and supporting the overall invoicing process. They will seek process improvement opportunities and work with the team to implement changes. The Parcel Billing Analyst will provide support to Client Success, Sales and Finance to resolve any related billing questions. The Parcel Billing Analyst works for the Parcel Operations Manager who will direct day-to-day activities.
