Eating Together- Outreach Assistant/Contractual 30-Hours Week
ORGANIZATIONAL RELATIONSHIP: Reports to Program Manager
SUMMARY STATEMENT OF PRIMARY FUNCTIONS:
The Outreach Assistant will be responsible for data entry, bookkeeping, answering telephone lines, copying and office duties, necessary for the Eating Together in Baltimore City, Senior Nutrition Program.
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Enter data for new applications and update any existing demographics for the Eating Together participants.
2. Prepare monthly packets for the Eating Together Sites
3. Type menus and temperature logs monthly
4. Answer telephone lines, corresponding messages, document complaints
a. Enter all data with accuracy, and report errors to the manager.
b. Check volunteer hours weekly to ensure they are in senior stat.
c. Preparing monthly packets (menus/temp logs)
d. Assist in all ETIB inquiries from participants and/or the public.
e. Answer phone lines, Handle customer service issues, complaints
f. Keep complaint log/prepare monthly log.
g. Organize and keep all records and files as necessary.
h. Send data to partners as needed.
i. Follows office procedures, and attends meetings punctually, and regularly.
j. Other duties as assigned.
Salary : $20 - $21
