Responsibilities
- Manage daily office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients and doctor's offices, providing excellent customer support and service.
- Handle phone systems, directing calls appropriately and taking messages as needed.
- Assist with data entry tasks, maintaining accurate records and databases.
- Support medical reception duties, including scheduling appointments and managing patient inquiries.
- Utilize Google Suite for document creation, data management, and communication.
- Organize and maintain office files, both physical and electronic.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth administrative processes.
- Provide assistance in office management tasks as required.
- Work with claims department to ensure receivables are paid in a timely fashion.
- Assist with onboarding of new personnel
Experience
- Previous experience as an Administrative Assistant or in a similar role is preferred.
- Familiarity with medical receptionist duties is a plus.
- Bilingual candidates are highly desirable to enhance communication with diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction.
- Proficient in data entry and comfortable using various office software applications, particularly Google Suite.
- Experience with office management practices is advantageous.
