Registered Nurse (RN)
Shifts Available : Full-Time & PRN
Service Areas with Openings : Northeast / Southeast / Southwest / Woodlands / Clear Lake
IMMEDIATE NEED : Full- Time in Northeast (Channelview / Highlands) & Full-Time in Southeast (Pearland)
Responsibilities :
- Oversee nursing care team.
- Communicate and collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure cohesive and comprehensive patient care.
- Plan, organize, and direct home care services.
- Conduct assessments of patient care needs and develop care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on managing their health conditions, medication regimens, and any necessary lifestyle changes.
- Prepare timely, complete, and accurate clinical notes.
