This fully in-office role supports day-to-day administrative and client service functions related to health benefits administration. Account Manager
Contract, 3-4 month assignment
Onsite Mission Valley San Diego
$25- $29/ hour
Key Responsibilities:
Communicate with clients and providers in a professional, articulate, and solutions-oriented manner
Support client requests related to coverage, benefits, and ID card requests
Manage email inboxes and general daily office tasks
Maintain and update internal systems and benefit portals accurately
Process and track document requests and verifications in excel
Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely and effective client support
Assist with provider verifications and related communications
Effectively manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent required
3 years of experience in a benefits administration, insurance, or related office environment
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
Experience working with benefit/eligibility portals
Previous medical benefits or insurance experience required
Key Competencies:
