We are looking for a highly motivated and proactive individual to join a dynamic Corporate Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial performance for Operating Expense (OPEX) departments and help optimize the financial planning process. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical abilities, an eye for detail, and the capacity to excel in a fast-paced, evolving business environment.
Compensation : $100,000 - $120,000 plus bonus

Key Responsibilities :
- Financial Forecasting & Analysis : Lead the quarterly forecasting process and annual operating planning cycle, supporting long-term strategic financial planning initiatives.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration : Work closely with senior leaders across multiple departments, including Sales, Marketing, and R&D, to provide financial insights and support key business decisions.
- Business Partnering : Deepen your understanding of the business to effectively align financial data with company goals, building strong relationships with functional teams and providing actionable insights.
- Reporting & Variance Analysis : Develop and deliver monthly management reports with variance analysis, focusing on key performance metrics and providing recommendations for improvement.
- Financial Modeling : Build and manage detailed financial models to support ongoing planning, decision-making, and operational improvements.
- Ad-Hoc Financial Support : Provide financial analysis for critical corporate projects and initiatives as needed, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
- System Expertise : Become the subject matter expert in the financial planning system, ensuring accuracy in data management, maintaining system performance, and supporting overall efficiency.
- Continuous Process Improvement : Identify and drive improvements in financial processes, systems, and tools to enhance operational efficiency and accuracy.
- Month-End Close & Accounting Support : Partner with accounting and department teams to analyze month-end accruals, ensuring that reports reflect accurate financial performance.
