The Terrace is a classic Skilled Nursing Facility that has 115 beds, with a heavy emphasis on long term resident care and a small, but growing, short-term rehab unit. This close-knit team is welcoming and always willing to jump in to help out when you need it. What makes us unique :
Job Description
What you will do in this role : The Administrator is the one that engages the team, manages the operations / metrics and above all, sets the pace and culture of the center. You will create a partnership with the clinical team, drive census and focus on employee retention. This is a fast pace environment and you will have the support of a regional team as we strive for excellent patient care.
