A little more about our center:
Southview Manor (formerly Southview Care) is an inner-city skilled nursing facility (SNF) with 5 floors and an average census of 160 . We have and multiple levels of care, including long term care and a large behavioral health (formerly indigent) population.
- 5 Star Quality measure
- The average age of our patients is 35-55 and the most common behavioral health diagnoses are schizophrenia, dependency, bi-polar and major depressive disorders.
- Many are able to age in place, and about 25% return to the community.
- We have several programs encouraging engagement, but the most popular spot in our center is the game room.
The National Association of Rehab Providers & Agencies (NARA) awarded Transitional Care Management their “Impact Award” for 2023 for our Life Skills Programming. Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA)

Qualifications
Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA): in other centers it may be called a Managing Director of Executive Director.
What we need from you:
- IL LNHA license
- 3 years of experience as an LNHA in a large skilled nursing facility (experience behavioral health is a plus)
- Extensive knowledge & experience with state and federal care regulations
- You understand ROI and know your buildings metrics inside and out
- In your last position you demonstrated the ability to work with minimal supervision & handle multiple priorities at once
