Position Summary

Essential Functions
- Supervise assigned staff.
- Ensure that program is in compliance with SOMH/DOHMH requirements to maintain certification.
- Review treatment plans, progress notes and other documentation of staff.
- Review intakes and assign to appropriate staff.
- Provide training and orientation to new staff.
- Participate in ensuring eligibility of insurance for clients, including pre-authorization status and oversee Program Assistant’s efforts to conduct batch billing.
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments by social work staff.
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments for psychiatrists.
- Participate in chart review.
- Participate in policy development to ensure smooth operation of the Clinic.
- Assist with coordinating billing of client visits by reviewing support staff verifications.
- Assists in the training of staff.
- Supervise staff in the absence of the Clinic Director.
- Maintain caseload of approximately 20 patients.
