Job Description
As a Registered Nurse - Home Care, you will provide skilled nursing care to patients in their homes, including assessments, medications, treatments, and coordinating services. You will work under the direction and supervision of the RN Clinical Manager and collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Active Wisconsin Registered Nurse License
- Two years' nursing experience, one year in home health (preferred)
- CPR certification
- A valid Wisconsin driver's license and car insurance
