- Engage with Parents/Guardians and individuals with Autism to unlock their highest potential
- Supervised directly by an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst
- Supervision hours for individuals seeking a future in Applied Behavior Analysis
- Pay based on experience and credentials
Responsibilities include:
- One-on-one instruction with children/individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) primarily in their home, but may also include community and school environments
- Bringing a fun and positive attitude to a creative learning environment for your client
- Follow plans and interventions developed by a Behavior Analyst including:
- Play Behavior
- Functional Communication
- Adaptive Daily Living Skills
- Social Skills
- Emotional Regulation
- Tolerance
- Aid in the collection of clinical data for your client(s)
- Attending meetings with parents/guardians and a BCBA to discuss the treatment progress
Qualifications:
- A passion to work with children and individuals with Autism and/or special needs
- 1yr of Experience as behavior technician
- Technology proficient in Android and/or Apple devices
- Ability to lift 50lbs or more
- Be receptive to constructive feedback from supervisors
- Registered Behavior Technicians encouraged to apply
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
