What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Associate position at Transitions Float Studio?
Transitions Float and Wellness offers Float Therapy, Salt Cave & Halo-therapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy and Cold Plunge in both Short Pump and Midlothian. We are currently looking for availability at our Short Pump location. Our current needs are part time, about 10-20 hrs per week on weekends/some weekdays.
As a Float Team Member, your primary role will be greeting guests and walking them through each service if it is their first time, answering phones for general assistance, and cleaning and maintaining the space so that each guest walks in and feels comfortable, clean, inviting and safe.
Hours are flexible, pay is $12-$14/hr depending on experience. Background in customer service is preferred, but only requirement is to be a nice person :)
