Position Summary
As a Clinical Educator (RN), you will assess, design, and implement educational programs to meet the ongoing needs of our staff. This role supports clinical and non-clinical team members by delivering innovative training in the classroom and hands-on field precepting (20% classroom, 80% field). You will collaborate with leaders across the organization to promote professional development, ensure compliance with regulations, and maintain high standards of care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assess organizational learning needs and design relevant educational programs.
- Develop and deliver training initiatives to reflect diversity, equity, and inclusion values.
- Facilitate orientation programs, workshops, and continuing education courses.
- Precept staff in the field and provide ongoing mentorship and support.
- Ensure timely completion of clinical competency assessments and certifications.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to address educational gaps and meet strategic goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all educational activities and certifications.
- Serve as an organizational resource for equipment use and operational standards.
- Obtain and maintain CPR Instructor Certification and oversee C.N.A training compliance.
- Stay current with industry standards, hospice regulations, and best practices.
