The Receptionist is responsible for greeting and directing guests, managing high volumes of calls, handling administrative tasks, and providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities (What You Do)
- Answer and direct incoming calls promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information to callers or connect them with appropriate personnel.
- Take, relay, and route messages as needed.
- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain the Out-of-Office (OOO) calendar and manage relevant updates.
- Update and maintain employee information in the database (Scotland Yard).
- Assist with inventory management and ordering of office and kitchen supplies.
- Distribute mail, faxes, and deliveries, including coordination with satellite offices.
- Process death certificates efficiently and coordinate with medical providers for timely completion.
- Manage death certificate corrections when necessary.
- Create and maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Address staff inquiries and provide administrative support as needed.
- Adapt to a dynamic environment with frequent interruptions while managing multiple responsibilities.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

- Follow the established Reception Process.
- Comply with national and state regulations and ACHC standards.

- High school diploma or equivalent, with at least one year of relevant work experience.
- Strong computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word.
- Ability to sit at a computer and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Effective communication skills and attention to detail.
- Capability to lift up to 50 pounds as needed.
- Flexibility to work scheduled or unscheduled overtime, sometimes with short notice.
- Willingness to master necessary TL agency software and processes.
