We're growing and are looking for dedicated Job Coaches to join our team! As a Job Coach, you will play a crucial role in supporting and empowering individuals with intellectual, developmental, or mental disabilities to achieve their vocational goals by providing on-the-job supports at various worksites throughout the community.
Our Job Coaches form productive relationships with our clients and employers in integrated employment sites, mentoring and motivating the clients toward their vocational goals in competitive employment while facilitating the clients' independence in the job tasks. Part-time positions are available and applicants must be able to work daytime, evening, and/or weekend hours of work to meet the needs of the clients at their jobs.
