Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated Group Facilitator to join our team. The Group Facilitator will be responsible for leading group therapy sessions, providing individual counseling, and offering crisis intervention services. The ideal candidate will have a passion for patient care and possess expertise in various therapeutic modalities.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct group therapy sessions focusing on behavioral therapy techniques
- Provide individual counseling to patients as needed
- Perform diagnostic evaluations and patient assessments
- Implement research-based interventions to support patient progress
- Utilize dance therapy techniques in group facilitation
- Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care
Requirements:
- Degree in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Proven experience in crisis intervention and patient care settings
- Strong knowledge of behavioral therapy and therapeutic interventions
- Familiarity with pediatric patient populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
